Q: Do you have any vegetarian or vegan options?
A: Yes, we have lots of vegetarian and vegan options. They are highlighted in green on our products page.

Q: Do you have gluten free options?
A: Yes, we have lots of flavors to choose from if you prefer a gluten friendly option. All our vegan products are gluten friendly  (highlighted in green on our 'Products' page). We can also custom make a majority of our soups gluten friendly, just ask!
(We do produce our products in a commercial kitchen that has multiple users and is not a certified gluten free facility, therefore, we do not recommend them for anyone with Celiac disease.)

Q: Do I have to add the meat suggested in the instructions?
A: Absolutely not. You can add as much or as little meat as you want, or none at all. You can also switch up what kind of meat you add. Eg. ground turkey instead of ground beef.

Q: Do you use MSG in your products?
A: No, we use MSG free ingredients.

Q: Can I do your soups in an Instant Pot?
A: Yes, you can do our soups in an Instant Pot. Follow the instructions included with you Instant Pot.

Q: What is the shelf life of your products?
A: Our soup packages, rice side dishes and salad mixes will last almost indefinitely, as long as they are stored in a cool, dry, place, like your pantry. They are made from 100% commercially dried ingredients so the moisture level is regulated by law.
Our bread mixes will last approximately 9 months, as the baking powder will lose some of its leavening power after this. It is still good to eat, it just may not rise as much.

Q: Do you have the nutritional facts for your products?
A: Yes, we have nutritional facts on each of our products. Email us with your inquiry and we will gladly send you a copy.

Q: Do your products contain dairy?
A: Yes, some of our products contain dairy. We have it listed on our 'Products' page beside the name of the product. We do produce our products in a commercial kitchen that has multiple users and is not a certified dairy free facility , therefore, we do not recommend them for anyone with a severe allergy to dairy.)

Q: Do your products contain nuts?
A: No, none of our products contain nuts. However, we do produce our products in a commercial kitchen that has multiple users and is not a certified nut-free facility, therefore, we do not recommend them for anyone with a severe allergy to peanuts or tree nuts.

Q: How much does one package of the soup mixes make?
A: On average, each cone will make 8 cups. Some of our soup mixes make more, up to 12 cups.

Q: Can your bread mixes go in a bread maker?
A: No. These are quick breads (no yeast) and their worst enemy is over mixing. Make sure to mix this in a bowl just until all ingredients are incorporated.

Helpful Hints

1. Store your soup packages in a cool, dry place, like your pantry
2. Do not store your soup packages where your fur baby can get a hold of them, Eg. on the counter....we have had a few customers whose dogs have helped themselves to a treat.
